Varn Properties, LLC was formed to manage the real estate portfolio of a 3rd generation Tallahassee family. Each property we offer has direct ownership-interest by the management team. Our interests are aligned with the interests of our tenants in preserving the integrity of our homes. There is often a separation between the management and ownership of a property. This leads to poor maintenance and upkeep as management is not directly affected by the degradation of the units they oversee; as long as the rent-check is timely, management is content. Not only do we value the homes we manage, but also the relationships created with our tenants.
